THE BEAMLINE STORY
A connected approach to building.
BeamLine is a Saudi fabrication and contracting company based in Riyadh. Our business roots date to 2009 under Zaban Saud Shaman EST. The company was rebranded as BeamLine in 2025, continuing with the same management and technical expertise. From architectural and structural design through fabrication and installation, we bring connected capability to industrial, commercial and specialist projects.
Our Al Sulay workshop and Riyadh-based team connect design, detailing, production and site installation. We work across industrial facilities, warehousing and logistics, commercial buildings and specialised structures.

Quality & safety
Material checks, welding controls, coating inspection, document control and final handover are part of the quality approach described in our PQD. Current certificate copies are available through a prequalification request.
Project-specific delivery
From warehouse frames and architectural shades to laser-cut components and civil foundations, the scope is defined around the actual drawings, materials, quantities and site requirements.

Engineering & coordination
A buildable solution begins before steel reaches the workshop. Our PQD describes architectural and structural design, fabrication detailing and shop-drawing coordination. The engineering toolset listed includes AutoCAD, Tekla, ETABS, SAFE, Prokon, SketchUp, IDEA StatiCa and RFEM. Project criteria, connection details and interfaces are coordinated with the relevant consultant before execution.
From workshop to site
Our Al Sulay workshop supports welding, cutting, bending, drilling and finishing. Steel and fabric workstreams are coordinated around the approved drawings and material requirements. Fabric patterns, welded seams, tensioning components, protective finishes and installation interfaces form part of an integrated delivery process. Capacity and production lead times are confirmed for each enquiry rather than presented as a fixed promise.
Quality at the handover points
The quality approach in the PQD covers incoming material checks, welding controls, inspection and test plans, coating inspection, document control and non-conformance management. Work is reviewed at the relevant fabrication and installation stages. Inspection records and the agreed handover documentation connect the manufactured component to the completed scope.
Safety is part of the sequence
The documented HSE approach includes induction before mobilisation, daily pre-task briefings, hazard review, PPE, controlled site access and toolbox talks. Site engineers and supervisors coordinate client-specific requirements. Housekeeping, safe material storage, waste disposal and control of dust and noise are included in day-to-day site planning.

Prequalification & supporting evidence
The supplied PQD contains company registration, quality-system certificates, organisation and resource information, project schedules and approval references. Approval sections refer to SAL Jeddah with CCC, Qiddiya with NEWFAB and ALODOCO, SPARK, airport projects, SBCM, TBC, NEOM with SATCO and Royal Commission subcontract work. Supporting documents are available through the prequalification team; applicability and current validity are checked for the intended tender.
